Part #20235 (needle included) The 20235 is our standard DC test arm with needle/probe. Here it is shown with a 20249 probe holder. Translation stages, micro positioners and micro manipulators are just some of the semi-conductor equipment we manufacture. Please contact us for any of you wafer probing needs.
