Part #20295 (needle included) The 20295 is isolated near the needle/probe for less capacitance. It is available in a Teflon or Delrin isolation. The Teflon is used more for high temperature and is not as stiff as the Delrin. This probe can be mounted on all of our translation stages. Translation stages, micro positioners and micro manipulators are just some of the semi-conductor equipment we manufacture. Please contact us for any of you wafer probing needs.
