Part #20326 The 20326 allows the user to raise or lower the mounting holes in the face of any of our micro positioners or translation stages. This will allow more rise or drop in the final probing position. You can check out the drawings for measurements on this part number. The first picture is showing a Suss Microtech HF arm mounted on a riser 20326. The second is showing the 20326 mounted to an XYZ 500 positioner used as a drop. There are drawings of these parts located in the drawing directory. |
