Part #20545 This front mount piece was designed for allowing a probe arm from Suss Microtech to mount to the front of our positioners. A pointed setscrew is supplied for use with this adapter. With the pointed setscrew and the way the holes are machined you end up with a 3 point grab on the rear pin of the probe arm. There are plenty of holes and adjustment in the adapter to move it or the probe around for the proper drop or rise in the probe. There are drawings of these parts located in the drawing directory. |
