The Model XYZ 2000 Series translation stage was intended for moving optics and microscopes around and is capable of handling loads up to 50 lbs and moving in increments as small as .0005 mm or half a micron. Y
Over the years the XYZ 2000 has been used for analytical probing with a computer controlling the step and repeat of a multiple probe test procedure.
